Josette has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 19 years and specializes in corrective exercise, golf performance, and nutrition. She is also a Holistic Lifestyle Coach.

Josette was a former professional dancer before shifting her career into the fitness industry. She brings vast knowledge and experience from being trained and coached by some of the most highly regarded professionals in the business. Josette teaching methods involve a combination of pilates, yoga, and strength training. She coaches privately, semi-privately, and in small and large groups. In the summer of 2015, she presented her Stretch & Strength program to 120 person trainers at the World Fitness Expo. Josette is currently an entrepreneur in the Toronto and Northumberland area.
