There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel your membership at any time from your membership page, and your membership will not auto-renew on your renewal date. If you choose to restart your membership at a later date, your original membership pricing might no longer apply, and any discounts previously applied to your membership will no longer be applicable.
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.
Canadian practitioners are charged in CAD. Practitioners in the United States and all other countries are charged in USD.
If you are in Canada, provincial tax is charged based on your province. If you are elsewhere in the world, tax is not charged.
We provide onboarding support including training guides, videos, and email support. When you set up your account, you can book a 1-on-1 meeting with one of our team members to help guide your setup process. If you are switching from another system, we work closely with our users to ensure the proper import of their data into Embodia.
For Tier 3 Memberships, if a practitioner works 16 hours/week or less, they can qualify for part-time pricing ($20/month per practitioner). Part-time pricing is only available if you have at least one full-time practitioner in your clinic account. Part-time practitioners do not count towards the number of practitioners for the clinic discount. To enable part-time pricing, first invite the practitioner to join your clinic and then reach out to us at [email protected].
At this time you cannot pause your membership, only cancel it.
If you cancel your membership, you will keep access to any course that you paid for, but you will no longer have access to courses that are in our Member-only library.
