Every demo is tailored to you. We’ll keep your priorities and deal-breakers, workflow, services, and your clinic structure all in mind. You can ask questions as we go, or bring a list and we’ll show you exactly what you want to see. Demos can be as quick as 30 minutes, or you can book up to an hour if you’d like to dig into more detail.
Absolutely, invite as many teammates as you’d like. Demos are hosted on Zoom, so everyone can join from wherever they are.
Nothing is required. If you’d like to get the most out of your time, it can help to jot down your must-have features, any deal-breakers, and questions about how your current workflow would work on Embodia.
Not to worry. While we aren’t able to guarantee more time slots, we do what we can to assist you with finding a suitable time for your demo. Just send an email to [email protected] and ask if we have any other times available for a demo on the date you’d prefer.
Yes! Start a free 7-day trial with full access to everything in the Practice Management plan. There’s no commitment and no credit card required. Anything you set up during your trial, like your schedule, charting templates, and team, carries over when you subscribe. AI Charting and AI DocBuilder aren’t included in the trial, but both come with free credits once you sign up. You can sign up to a paid plan at any point during your trial. If you don't choose to sign up, any data you added or imported will be deleted 30 days after your trial ends.
We’ll help you get set up at your own pace. Your account includes a self-paced onboarding checklist, a 30-minute step-by-step onboarding video, and a searchable library of guides. You can also book an onboarding call with our team whenever you need one, as many times as you like.
Yes, we’ll work closely with you to bring your data over. You’ll export your data from your previous system and prepare it using our step-by-step guides, then send it to us through the secure upload link we provide and our team will import it into Embodia.
Patient lists and details can be imported during your trial, while charts, consults, and invoices are imported once you’ve subscribed. Imports can take a few days, and how much can be brought over depends on what your previous system is able to export.
No, nothing to worry about there. You can cancel your membership at any time from your membership page. You're in control.
