University of Waterloo Co-operative Education is an academic partner of BioTalent Canada, who provides wage subsidies, labour market information and skills programming to develop talent for the bio-economy.

Carolyn Lee (University of Waterloo): Business Developer with Co-operative Education. Through the development of business relationships in industry, Carolyn provides opportunities for students to explore careers and develop the skills and competencies for successful employment during their co-op work terms as well as post-graduation.
