Overview:

This online course will increase your confidence in diagnosing and managing various causes of shoulder pain including: subacromial sensitivity, instabilities, and contracture capsulitis (formally known as adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder).

The course will include several therapeutic exercise options based on the best available evidence. I have also included a video about "The Best Shoulder Exercise" (in my opinion) and why it is so valuable.

Video lectures, downloadable handouts, and quizzes for knowledge checks are included in this course.

When you complete the course, you will receive a certificate of completion for your records.

This course is taught by Bahram Jam, PT and Founder of the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute (APTEI).
