What is HCAI?
For those of you new to the world of motor vehicle collision billing, Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI) provides a platform for Ontario healthcare providers to submit Treatment and Assessment Plans (OCF 18s), Treatment Confirmation Forms (OCF 23s), and their associated invoices to auto insurers (HCAI, 2024).
Should I use HCAI?
If you are an Ontario healthcare business that directly submits OCF-18s, OCF-21s, and OCF-23s, to insurers in Ontario, the answer is, yes.
Embodia’s HCAI integration
Embodia is proud to offer an HCAI integration to our Tier 3: Practice Management System users at no additional cost! This HCAI integration results in significant time savings and offers in-depth reporting and easy tracking to simplify your HCAI billing process.
