Embodia for Patients
If you are trying to sign in and keep getting an "Invalid email, username or password." error, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
First, make sure you are trying to sign in as a Patient. On the sign in page, you should see Patient sign in.
If this is not the case, go back to the main page and select Sign in > Patient sign in:
If you are on the patient sign in page, the resulting error can only mean that the credentials entered are not valid. So double-check that:
- If entering your username, the username is correct and matches the username you received in the welcome email - your username should begin with the @ sign
- If entering your email address, the email address is correct and matches the email address you received in the welcome email
- The password you are entering is correct and does not include any additional spaces. By default, the password you enter is masked for privacy. If you which to reveal the password to double check that you are entering it correctly, click on the icon next to the password field (arrow #1 in the image above).
If you are still getting this error, you can try resetting your password by clicking on the Forgot your password? link on the sign in page (box #2 in the image above) and following the steps to reset your password.
