Welcome to Practice Management on Embodia - Part 3: Billing!
This course will guide you through the Billing features available on Embodia.
Billing on Embodia is easy and saves you a ton of time. Set up as many payment methods as you like, and accept credit card payments with Stripe, an online payment processor Embodia integrates with. Choose to offer packages, memberships and/or gift certificates to incentivize current patients and attract new ones. Use the Telus eClaims integration on Embodia (Canadian practitioners) or Superbills (USA practitioners) to significantly save time and minimize administrative hassle. If you sell products, you can even use Embodia to manage your inventory!
Billing on Embodia requires a Tier 3 Membership. You can learn about our membership options here.
A Tier 3 Membership requires that you have a clinic account on Embodia. If you would like to create a Clinic account on Embodia, follow the steps outlined in this help article. If you currently have an Individual Membership on Embodia, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may switch your account to a Clinic Membership.
If you already have a Tier 3 Membership, you can perform all of the actions we outline in this course. We suggest watching/reading each subsequent lesson and then performing the task on your account. This will help solidify what you're learning.
