Overview

Are you ready to incorporate effective movement strategies that jive with your understanding of the philosophy and science of pain?

Do you talk about “pain science” and then treat tissues and prescribe exercise in a way that is not coherent with the current knowledge about our pain system?

How should we reframe exercise as not only a way to address tissue problems but also as experiential learning through which clients can challenge their own beliefs and narratives about their pain/symptoms?

Join Cory Blickenstaff and Teresa Waser for Accelerate your Growth by Increasing your Scope Session 6 - Exercise Prescription Overhaul for MSK Pain.
