COVID-19 predisposes patients to severe ARDS. For the most severe cases they are so impaired that proning is the primary intervention to manage severe hypoxemia.

This online course will allow physiotherapists to become familiar with the physiology and principles of when and why to prone someone.  We will also discuss and demonstrate the technique of proning a critically ill patient.
