Overview
Great leadership begins with self-awareness. As a Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA), the way you think and respond can have a direct impact on patient care, team collaboration, and workplace effectiveness.
In this interactive session, participants will explore how mindset influences their reactions, decisions, and interactions with others. Using the Above and Below the Line framework, participants will learn how to recognize reactive patterns, take greater ownership of their responses, and shift toward a more intentional, accountable approach to leadership. This session provides practical tools to help participants navigate challenges with greater emotional intelligence, resilience, and effectiveness.
