In this session, participants will explore the Amiable, Analytical, Expressive, and Driver behavioral styles model and learn how to recognize the communication preferences of others. Through practical examples and self-reflection, participants will discover strategies for adapting their approach to build trust, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance collaboration.
