Practice Management on Embodia - Part 3: Billing
Assigning a package or membership to a patient requires a Managing patient invoices permission on your account. You can check with the clinic manager to see if you have such permission.
To assign a package or a membership to a patient, navigate to the patient profile and then click on Billing > Packages & memberships.
To assign a package, click on the Packages tab, then on New package, and then select the desired package from the drop-down in the popup form. The default values from the package will pre-populate, but you can override them if you choose. Then click Submit.
To assign a membership, click on the Memberships tab, then on New membership, and then select the desired membership from the drop-down in the popup form. The default values from the membership will pre-populate, but you can override them if you choose. Then click Submit.
This will assign the package or membership to the patient and will redirect you to the package/membership page. On the package/membership page, you can see the package details. You can also manage the billing for the package by either entering the patient payment information or sending instructions to the patient via email to securely complete the purchase directly on Embodia.
