Tagging course tracks

By default, course tracks will be accessible to any of your platform's practitioners. To restrict access, you can use your platform's tags.

Click on the Edit icon next to Tags that give access to this track to add a tag that will enable access to this course track. For instance, if you add the tag Physiotherapist, only practitioners that have the Physiotherapist tag will be able to access this course track.

Click on the Edit icon next to Tags that restrict access to this track to add a tag that will restrict access to this course track. For instance, if you add the tag RMT, any practitioner that has the RMT tag will not be able to access this course track.

Both tag settings can be used in conjunction. For instance, assume the following:

• Practitioner 1 is tagged with Physiotherapist and Toronto;
• Practitioner 2 is tagged with RMT and Toronto;
• Practitioner 3 is tagged with RMT and Montreal;
• Practitioner 4 is tagged with Chiropractor and Montreal;

Here are a few scenarios:

Scenario 1:

If the course track has the Physiotherapist and RMT as Tags that give access to this track, and no Tags that restrict access to this track, then the course track will only be accessible to Practitioner 1, Practitioner 2, and Practitioner 3 since they are tagged with at least one of Physiotherapist and RMT. Practitioner 4 won't be able to access this course track.

Scenario 2:

If the course track has no Tags that give access to this track, and Toronto as Tags that restrict access to this track, then the course track will only be accessible to Practitioner 3 and Practitioner 4.

Scenario 3:

If the course track has RMT as Tags that give access to this track, and Toronto as Tags that restrict access to this track, then the course track will only be accessible to Practitioner 3.
